MoU between SRIHER and Nucleome on Cancer Genomics and Precision Medicine research and clinical genetic testing and training
Exciting Collaboration in Genomics & Precision Medicine!
We are thrilled to announce that Nucleome Informatics Pvt Ltd and Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance cancer genomics, cardiology, and rare genetic disorders such as Inherited Retinal Diseases (IRD).
This partnership focuses on:
✅ Joint research in oncology, cardiology, and rare diseases
✅ Clinical genetic testing to improve patient care
✅ Training programs to equip students with advanced genomics expertise
✅ Shared facilities to drive collaborative research
✅ Development of translational products for real-world clinical applications
Nucleome has already developed DrSeqIRD, a specialized genetic test for Inherited Retinal Diseases, and with this collaboration, we will extend our innovations to oncology and cardiology—bringing cutting-edge genomics closer to clinical practice.
The MoU was formalized at the “Genomics and Precision Medicine in Cancer” event, where our CEO, Mr. Dushyant Singh Baghel, was the Guest of Honour, and Dr. Kalpana Balakrishnan, Dean of SRIHER, chaired the session. The event saw active participation from clinicians, researchers, and medical students, reflecting the growing synergy between academia, hospitals, and the genomics industry. Special thanks to our clients and collaborators who joined the event and shared their experience and path-breaking research in Cancer genomics and precision medicine.
We look forward to transforming healthcare with precision genomics and translational research! A formal press release will follow.
