Nucleome Showcases Advances in HiFi Sequencing at PRISM 2025, Vietnam

Nucleome Informatics Pvt. Ltd. proudly participated in PRISM 2025, the prestigious annual user conference hosted by PacBio, held in Danang, Vietnam, from 14 to 16 April 2025. The event brought together leading scientists, researchers, and genomics experts across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region to share innovations and real-world applications of PacBio’s HiFi sequencing technology.

Dushyant Singh Baghel, CEO of Nucleome, presented Nucleome’s latest advancements in high-quality genome assembly, showcasing the company’s experience in using Agilent Femto Pulse and PacBio HiFi Sequencing. His talk highlighted the critical role of qualified genomic DNA and library quality assessment using the Femto Pulse system in achieving robust, high-contiguity genome assemblies.

During the event, Mr. Baghel engaged with numerous scientists and collaborators from across the APAC region, sharing insights and exploring potential collaborations. He also actively participated in the PacBio user meet and breakout sessions, gaining first-hand updates on upcoming technologies and applications shaping the future of genomics.
